Marketing and Audience Engagement
I am Public Relations Editor for the Marquee Yearbook. With this position entails planning celebrations and class events, as well as promoting and advertising the yearbook. In marketing our book, my staffers and I have worked closely with social media to get our flyers posted, as well as handing out yearbook information at school events for an audience of parents, students, etc. I’ve even written my code for a yearbook discount in multiple classrooms and have made constant class announcements about yearbook information. In the future, we will be setting up booths at events to advertise the yearbook more!
FLYERS
By creating flyers to post on social media, hanging them around the school, and passing them out to students and parents, the public relations team promoted the yearbook. In all our flyers my main goal was to make them aesthetically and visually appealing.
